We Are A Unique Style Of Restaurant, Where As We Do Not Have A Printed Food Menu. Our Concept Is That Of A Fish Market. We Have A Large Display Counter With All Our Fresh Fish.
The Waiters Will Guide The Guests Through The Display, Explaining All The Different Flavours And Textures. All The Fish Is Priced By Weight, So Guests Will Choose Their Sizes And Be Shown All Prices Before The Food Is Cooked. So The Price Is Determined By The Guests.
We Also Have A Sushi Bar That Offers A Large Selection Of Traditional And Our Own Special Sushi Dishes.

PATAGONIAN BABY-CALAMARI TUBES FROM THE FALKLAND ISLANDS. VERY SOFT AND SUCCULENT. WE TEND TO GIVE THE CALAMARI MORE SPICING ON THE GRILL – ALMOST A “CAJUN” STYLE.
DORADO (ALSO KNOWN AS “MAHI-MAHI”) –
A WARM WATER GAME-FISH THAT HAS A DISTINCTIVE DARK BROWN STRIPE DOWN THE LENGTH OF EACH FILLETED SIDE. THE MEAT IS DARK AND QUITE FIRM AND JUICY AND IT HAS A FLAVOUR THAT IS BEST DESCRIBED AS “SMOKY”.
